Every single thing that can bum me out just rolls off my back.
Besides....have you read Ecclesiastes? It shows us that the things of the flesh we toil with dialy are simply dust in the wind. Pointless....menial, repetitive.....but it all ends up in the end being "dust" in the wind. Or as I like to think of it-dirt. The stuff I sweep off the floor every day after work and pile into the trash without ever looking at it again. Why? It's meaningless and trivial.
Peace in the Lord comes at a high price. People can misonstrue your peace for apathy. It's not that I don't care, or that I don't want to care. I do care. I simply recognize that making it into an issue is pointless.
After all....what is life but

| For those out of the loop--
I've been kinda transitioning since Jan/Feb to uphold the standards of the UPCI.
I've been going (or trying to) off and on to New Life Tabernacle in Beaumont.
I don't own anymore pants except PJs.
I'm terribly happy and pleasant and passionate.
I'm such a free spirit that structure puts my life to making sense.

Looking at Gateway College of Evangelism just outside of St.Louis. And am going to visit there in November. Probably going to check out TBC in the fall as well, but that's less of a big deal (speaking financially and of time/effort to look into it).

So I just realized Xanga has this new thing called "footprints" and it shows what state non-xanga users are from when they view your site. And about three times a day some darling person visits from California via googling me or Yahoo-search-ing me.
I'm assuming it's my mom.

So today I got up and did a penny-do and got three or four compliments on how put-together I looked. It's so funny how I manipulated my short hair to "fit in" and suddenly everyone clicks that my appearance is different.
*sigh* Whaatever. It makes me giggle.
